SelfOneGrow offers personalized coaching sessions, group workshops, and interactive webinars focused on personal development, mindset growth, and practical skill-building activities. Sessions are delivered by certified coaches.

2. Information Products

We provide digital courses, e-books, and downloadable workbooks designed to help you build habits, set meaningful goals, and foster continuous learning. Access is granted via our online platform upon purchase.

3. Goods

Our physical products include journals, planners, affirmation cards, and other materials crafted to support your daily practices and reflections.

4. Booking and Access

To book a coaching session or register for a workshop, please visit our booking page or email us. Upon purchase of digital courses or goods, you will receive an order confirmation with instructions for access or delivery.

5. Refund Policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review the conditions for refunds below:

• Services: If you need to cancel a coaching session or workshop, notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund processed within 14 days to the original method of payment. You may also choose to reschedule one session within 30 days of the original date at no extra fee. Sessions canceled less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to coach availability.
• Information Products: Due to the immediate nature of digital access, all sales of digital courses and e-books are final. However, if you encounter technical issues that prevent access, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will assist in resolving the problem or offer a refund at our discretion.
• Goods: Physical items are eligible for refund requests within 14 days of delivery date. To request a refund, send the item back in its original packaging and condition. Once we confirm receipt, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days. Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back. Alternatively, you may request an for a different product.

6. Scheduling and Changes

You can modify or reschedule bookings by contacting our support team at least 48 hours in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate new dates. For workshops or group events, any changes depend on availability and event capacity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials provided by SelfOneGrow are owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

SelfOneGrow provides guidance and resources for personal development. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
